Hughes Chair for Constitutional and Public Law Service, creation There is created at the Seton Hall University School of Law a distinguished chair which shall be known as The Richard J. Hughes Chair for Constitutional and Public Law and Service. L.1980, c. 154, s. 1, eff. Nov. 26, 1980.
