18A:71C-57 Rules, regulations. 8. The Higher Education Student Assistance Authority shall adopt, in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), rules and regulations as may be necessary to implement the provisions of this act. L.2009, c.236, s.8.
