18A:71B-8 Compliance with terms and conditions of financial aid. 18A:71B-8. Compliance with Terms and Conditions of Financial Aid. A person shall not be awarded financial aid under this chapter unless the person has complied with all the regulations, rules, and requirements adopted by the authority for the award, regulation and administration of financial aid programs under this chapter.
