Trustees and officers bonded

18A:66-99. Trustees and officers bonded The trustees and other officers of the corporation shall give bonds with a duly authorized security company as surety, for the faithful performance of their duties, in the sums fixed by the bylaws of the corporation. L.1967, c.271.
