Credit by insurer; savings on commissions

18A:66-186. Credit by insurer; savings on commissions Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any insurance company or companies, issuing such policy or policies may credit the policyholder either directly or in the form of reduced premiums, with savings by said company or companies in the event that no brokerage commission or commissions are paid by said company or companies on the issuance of such policy or policies.
