Purchase of group life insurance policies for death benefits

18A:66-118. Purchase of group life insurance policies for death benefits The county superintendent of schools is hereby authorized and permitted to purchase from one or more life insurance companies, a policy or policies of group life insurance to provide for the noncontributory death benefit and the contributory death benefit as provided in section 18A:66-117. L.1967, c.271.
