18A:66-100. Annual report by trustees to boards of education The board of trustees shall make an annual report of the condition of the fund and the manner in which it is invested, to the boards of education of school districts of the county wherein it is organized, in the month of October of each year, for the prior fiscal year ending June 30 and at such other times as such boards of education may request.
