18A:65-92.1 Annual appropriation. 4. There is annually appropriated to the New Jersey Collaborating Center for Nursing in the College of Nursing of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, 5% of the initial and renewal licensing fees for professional and practical nurses collected by the New Jersey Board of Nursing each year.
