18A:65-72.2. Assistance of federal funds and private grants The Attorney General subject to the approval of the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting in the Department of the Treasury is authorized to apply for Federal funds and to accept private grants in assistance of the purposes of this act. L.1968, c. 267, s. 2, eff. July 1, 1968.
