18A:65-72.1. Chronic drunkenness offender problems; conduct of study The Attorney General is authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Rutgers, The State University for the conduct by the Rutgers Center of Alcohol Studies of a study and pilot facility involving the development of a program or programs to meet the problems of the chronic drunkenness offender. L.1968, c. 267, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1968.
