18A:65-17. Restriction on receiving certain remuneration by members of boards 18A:65-17. No person, other than the president, shall be eligible to membership on the board of governors, if he is a salaried official of the State of New Jersey, or shall be eligible to membership on either the board of governors or the board of trustees, if he is receiving remuneration for services from the corporation or the university. If any member of either board shall become ineligible by reason of the foregoing, a vacancy in his prior office as governor or trustee, as the case may be, shall thereby occur.
