18A:64O-43 New Jersey City University � Kean University merger, no further approval required. 10. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the merger of New Jersey City University and Kean University shall not require any further approval from any officer, commission, agency, or authority of the State, except as expressly set forth in the �Kean University � New Jersey City University Merger Act,� P.L.2025, c.218 (C.18A:64O-34 et al.).
