Allocation to the Department of State.

18A:64O-32 Allocation to the Department of State. 32. In accordance with the provisions of section 27 of P.L.1994, c.48 (C.18A:3B-27), the university is allocated to the Department of State for the purposes of complying with the provisions of Article V, Section IV, paragraph 1 of the New Jersey Constitution. Notwithstanding this allocation, the university shall be independent of any supervision or control of the Department of State or any board, commission, or officer thereof and the allocation shall not in any way affect the principles of institutional autonomy established by that act and as otherwise enumerated herein.
