18A:64J-22. Industrial ceramics center establishment The Legislature finds and declares that high technology industrial ceramics is a field in which New Jersey has significant academic and industrial strengths. Progress in this area is expected to produce significant economic growth and increases in productivity in the United States. New Jersey has the ability to capture a part of these economic benefits. To this end, the Legislature finds that the establishment of an advanced technology center in industrial ceramics will generate additional research and technological innovations to promote economic growth.
