18A:64H-3. Definitions 3. As used in this act: a. "Council" means the Advisory Graduate Medical Education Council of New Jersey. b. (Deleted by amendment, P.L.1994, c.48). c. "Graduate medical education" means internship and residency programs fully or provisionally approved by either the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the appropriate physicians specialty board or the Office of Education of the American Osteopathic Association. d. "Medical" and "physician" refer to doctors of medicine and doctors of osteopathy. L.1977,c.390,s.3; amended 1994,c.48,s.172.
