18A:64G-21. Continuance as university employees Upon the effective date of the acquisition of the hospital by the university, all permanent municipal employees of the hospital in the classified Civil Service, except physicians and dentists, shall continue as employees of the university and in accordance with the provisions of Title 11 of the Revised Statutes, Civil Service, shall not suffer loss of position or be removed, suspended or demoted except for cause.
