Sale of municipal hospital to university

18A:64G-17. Sale of municipal hospital to university The governing body of any municipality in which a site has been selected for the university under this act and wherein a public hospital is located under the control of said governing body pursuant to chapter 9 of Title 30 of the Revised Statutes or any other law, is hereby empowered to enter into an agreement subject to the approval of the State House Commission, or declaration of intention, with the board of trustees of the university for the sale of such hospital to the university and such sale may be made without compliance with the laws relating to the sale of public property.
