Debts and liabilities; pledge of credit

18A:64G-15. Debts and liabilities; pledge of credit No provision in this act contained shall be deemed or construed to create or constitute a debt, liability, or a loan or pledge of the credit, of the State of New Jersey. L.1970, c. 102, s. 15.
