Application of article and subdivision

18A:64A-25.23. Application of article and subdivision Purchases, contracts or agreements for the construction of buildings and other improvements shall be subject to all the terms and conditions of this article and to the terms and conditions of this subdivision H. L.1982, c. 189, s. 23, eff. Jan. 1, 1983.
