Joinder in operation of county colleges by other counties

18A:64A-24. Joinder in operation of county colleges by other counties 18A:64A-24. If the board of trustees of a county college shall determine that it is in the best interest of the college to allow one or more additional counties to join in the operation of said county college and the board or boards of chosen freeholders of the county or counties then operating the county college shall approve, said board of trustees shall fix the terms and conditions under which said additional county or counties may participate in the operation of the county college.
