Bonds or notes not debt or liability of state

18A:64A-22.8. Bonds or notes not debt or liability of state Bonds or notes issued under the provisions of this act shall not be deemed to constitute a debt or liability of the State or a pledge of the faith and credit of the State but are dependent for repayment upon appropriations provided by law from time to time. L.1971, c. 12, s. 8, eff. Jan. 28, 1971.
