Executive director; duties, compensation.

18A:64-49 Executive director; duties, compensation. 5. The association shall employ an executive director, who shall be responsible for the administration of all the activities of the association including staff services. The executive director shall serve at the pleasure of the association. The salary of the executive director and all other personnel shall be determined by the association.
