Expenses; liability in tort or contract

18A:64-41. Expenses; liability in tort or contract Expenses incurred by an auxiliary organization shall be payable from funds raised by the organization, and no liability or obligation, in tort or contract, shall be incurred by the State for the operation of such an organization.
