18A:64-33. Board as public body; provisions governing The board of directors is a "public body" as defined in section 3 of the "Open Public Meetings Act," P.L.1975, c. 231 (C. 10:4-8), and shall conduct its business in accordance with the provisions of that act. L.1982, c. 16, s. 8, eff. April 1, 1982.
