18A:64-30. Powers Each auxiliary organization shall be a body corporate and politic, with corporate succession. Each auxiliary organization shall have the power to contract, to sue and be sued, to make, amend and rescind rules for its own reorganization and operation, but it shall not in any manner, directly, or indirectly, pledge the credit of the State.
