18A:63-1. Establishment of summer school and extension courses; curricula 18A:63-1. Summer schools and extension courses for the purpose of training and educating persons, in the science of education and in the art of teaching elementary agriculture, manual training, household economics and such other subjects as may be prescribed, shall be established and maintained in the State colleges.
