"Higher Education Incentive Grant Fund"

18A:62-36. "Higher Education Incentive Grant Fund" 8. There is created in the Department of the Treasury a non-lapsing fund, the "Higher Education Incentive Grant Fund" (the "grant fund"), which, subject to the availability of funds, shall be used to provide State matching funds against donations to four-year public institutions of higher education, two-year public institutions of higher education, and independent institutions of higher education that receive direct State aid, or their institutionally related foundations, in accordance with the provisions of sections 9 through 11 of this act and subject to the provisions of subsections a. and b. of section 12 of the act.
