18A:61A-7 Contracts by commissioner. 7. Subject to the approval of the State Board of Education or the board of education of a school district, as the case may be, the Commissioner of Education may contract for the use of existing facilities, courses of instruction and programs in academic and other nonarts courses and instruction of other educational institutions and to employ faculty and other personnel jointly or on a co-operative or cost sharing basis with such other educational institutions.
