18A:6-95.2. Coordination with programs and services provided by department of education The Commissioner of Education or his designee shall meet prior to January 10 of each year with the executive director of the educational information and resource center to mutually communicate those programs and services which the department provides and which the educational information and resource center will provide during the calendar year. The educational information and resource center shall cease to provide any programs and services at the time that these programs and services are provided by the Department of Education, so that there is no interruption in, or loss of services to, the population served.
