18A:6-55. Membership of board The board of directors shall consist of 15 or more members of the representative assembly. The board of directors of a commission which has 15 or fewer member districts shall be comprised of all members of the representative assembly. Each member of the board of directors shall have one vote. Members shall serve without compensation but shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable and necessary expenses.
