Repeal

18A:6-4.9. Repeal Sections 15:11-16 through 15:11-20, inclusive, of the Revised Statutes are hereby repealed; provided, however, that such repeal shall not affect the continuance in office, position or employment of any person heretofore appointed pursuant to such sections. L.1970, c. 211, s. 8, eff. Oct. 8, 1970.
