Terms of members; vacancies

18A:6-35. Terms of members; vacancies The appointed members of the board of examiners shall hold office for two years from September 15 of the year in which they are appointed and the members in office, on the effective date of this title, shall continue in office until the expiration of their respective terms. Vacancies in the board shall be filled for the unexpired term only. L.1967, c.271.
