Board of education a party; conduct of hearing

18A:6-17. Board of education a party; conduct of hearing In such hearing the board of education shall be a party and the hearing shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations, adopted by the commissioner and approved by the state board. L.1967, c.271.
