State appropriation for salaries of teachers of agricultural subjects

18A:59-8. State appropriation for salaries of teachers of agricultural subjects To secure for the state the advantages under such act of congress for the supervision of agricultural subjects as therein provided, there shall be appropriated each year, from any money in the state treasury not otherwise appropriated, a sum not less than $1,000.00, which sum shall be expended for the salary or salaries of teachers, supervisors, or directors of agricultural subjects, in accordance with the terms of the act of congress.
