Loss of tuition to district due to establishment of regional district; state aid for one year

18A:58-11.1. Loss of tuition to district due to establishment of regional district; state aid for one year Special State aid may be paid by the Commissioner of Education to any district which experiences a loss of tuition caused by the termination of a sending-receiving relationship due to the establishment of a regional district for 1 year following such loss. The amount of such aid in conjunction with other available resources shall be sufficient to meet the financial need of said district caused by the loss of such tuition. L.1977, c. 72, s. 1, eff.
