Certificate of residence; filing; duration

18A:54-23.3. Certificate of residence; filing; duration Upon his registration for each school year, the nonresident student shall file with the county vocational school district board of education such a certificate of residence issued not more than 2 months prior thereto and such a certificate of residence shall be valid for the current year or the academic year next succeeding the date of issuance.
