18A:54-16.8. Counties of third class of 110,000 to 125,000; board of education; members; appointment Notwithstanding any contrary provisions of chapter 54 of Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes, in all counties of the third class with a population greater than 110,000 but less than 125,000 as of the latest federal decennial census the board of education of the county vocational-technical school shall consist of five members to be appointed by the appointing authority of the county.
