18A:54-12.1 Establishment of one board of education. 8. Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, a board of chosen freeholders may, by resolution, establish one board of education for the county special services school district established pursuant to section 1 of P.L.1971, c.271 (C.18A:46-29) and the county vocational school district established pursuant to chapter 54 of Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes, according to the provisions of sections 1 through 6 of P.L.2007, c.222 (C.18A:46-47 through C.18A:46-52).
