Contracts; terms; approval

18A:54-10.4. Contracts; terms; approval Any contract entered into shall be in accordance with applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. The commissioner shall approve in writing all such contracts prior to their execution. L.1977, c. 290, s. 4, eff. Dec. 6, 1977.
