18A:50-5 Custodian of moneys; accounting and disbursement. 18A:50-5. The secretary or treasurer of school moneys, as appropriate, of each school district shall be the legal custodian of all funds allocated by the board of education and received from tuition fees or from any other source for the purpose of carrying out a program of adult education. He shall keep a separate account thereof and shall disburse the moneys on orders signed by the president and secretary of the board of education and the chief school administrator or by the treasurer of school moneys, as appropriate to the district.
