Donation and tuition fees; disposition

18A:50-4. Donation and tuition fees; disposition All income derived from donations and from tuition fees charged for furnishing adult education courses shall be applied by the board of education receiving the same exclusively for carrying out a program of adult education. L.1967, c.271.
