Rules and regulations

18A:50-13. Rules and regulations The State Board of Education shall prescribe such rules and regulations for the proper management of the programs under this act, including the control and management of all funds appropriated for its implementation. L.1968, c. 383, s. 2, eff. July 1, 1968.
