18A:47-12. Reports by superintendent 18A:47-12. The superintendent of a special school of instruction shall, when required, present to the Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part a report concerning the conduct and maintenance of the school and the number of pupils therein and such other information as the court shall require.
