Establishment of secondary schools and junior high schools

18A:45-1. Establishment of secondary schools and junior high schools The board of education of any school district may, with the consent of the state board, establish and organize secondary schools including junior high schools which shall be subject to rules prescribed by the state board and the state board may withhold or withdraw its approval of any such school whenever in its opinion the academic work, location or enrollment and per capita cost of maintenance thereof shall not warrant its establishment or continuance.
