Cooperation by county and municipal government

18A:43A-7. Cooperation by county and municipal government The board of chosen freeholders of any county in which the board of education of any district therein has established a children's bureau pursuant to this chapter and the governing body of the municipality or municipalities of which such district is comprised is authorized and empowered to cooperate with and assist any such children's bureau in the performance of any of its functions or services authorized by this chapter and any such board of chosen freeholders or governing body may authorize the assignment of any county or municipal employee, including members of the municipal police department, subject to the approval of the director of such children's bureau, to serve with such children's bureau and under the direction of the director thereof.
