Violations; misdemeanors

18A:41-3. Violations; misdemeanors Any principal, teacher, or janitor failing to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by a fine of not to exceed $100.00 for each offense L.1967, c.271.
