18A:40-19. Records and reports of tuberculosis testing; disposition; inspection All records and reports of tuberculosis testing conducted by or under the auspices of a board of education shall be the property of the board, and shall be filed with the medical inspector as confidential information except that such records and reports shall be open for inspection by officers of the State Department of Health and of the local board of health, of the municipality in which the pupil resides and of the municipality in which the school is located.
