18A:3B-89.5 Student-athlete contracts, public disclosure. 4. Notwithstanding any other law, rule, or regulation to the contrary, any contract a student-athlete enters into providing compensation to the student-athlete for use of the student-athlete's name, image, or likeness pursuant to section 2 of this act shall not be subject to public disclosure pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1963, c.73 (C.47:1A-1 et seq.), commonly known as the open public records act.
