18A:3B-40 Network to propose, develop economic development policies, programs. 46. The New Jersey Commission on Higher Education shall appoint and convene a network of academics and researchers from New Jersey's public and independent institutions of higher education to propose and develop economic development policies and programs for the higher education community.
