Responsibility for action to implement act

18A:3B-30. Responsibility for action to implement act 30. The Department of the Treasury in consultation with the Department of Personnel shall be responsible for any administrative, fiscal and personnel actions necessary to implement the provisions of this act. L.1994,c.48,s.30.
